The first PHEMS roundtable brought together hospitals already validating the PHEMS Playbook to share their insights, challenges, and lessons learned along the way. We explored the role of the Playbook in guiding compliance and best practices, heard directly from hospitals about their experiences in validation, and looked at what’s next for those preparing to join the PHDS.
