Benchmarking is a critical tool that helps hospitals improve patient outcomes and increase operational efficiency. Unfortunately, it can also be labour intensive to set up and often requires cross-border comparisons of hospitals, adding further complexity.

In this Meet-Up we discussed how the PHEMS project is addressing these challenges. With the contribution of experts in PICU, NICU, and cardiology, we’ll dive into the practicalities of what it takes to set up new benchmarking use cases, and how to add value to current benchmarking initiatives.
